The Journey

Stop 1 : Brighton Beach Bathing Boxes
The day begins at one of Melbourne’s most recognisable landmarks, the Brighton Beach Bathing Boxes.
Set against the sand and sea, these colourful timber boxes have become an enduring symbol of Melbourne’s bayside. Guests will have time to enjoy the waterfront, take in the city views and capture a few photographs before continuing south toward the Mornington Peninsula.
Stop 2 : Arthurs Seat
From Brighton, the journey continues to Arthurs Seat, one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most spectacular lookout points.
Rising above the coastline, Arthurs Seat offers sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay, the surrounding countryside and the peninsula below. On a clear day, the outlook stretches for kilometres and provides a wonderful sense of the scale and beauty of the region.
It is the perfect place to pause, take in the scenery and appreciate just how quickly Melbourne gives way to rolling hills, coastal landscapes and wine country.

Stop 3 : Explore Flinders
The next stop is the coastal village of Flinders.
With its historic streetscape, boutique shops, galleries and relaxed village atmosphere, Flinders is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most appealing towns. Guests will have time to wander at their own pace, browse the local stores and enjoy the charm of this much-loved seaside destination.
Stop 4: Lunch and wine tasting at Montalto, Red Hill
The day concludes with lunch at Montalto in Red Hill, one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most celebrated vineyard and dining destinations.
Surrounded by vines, gardens and rolling countryside, Montalto brings together exceptional regional produce, estate-grown ingredients and a strong sense of place.
Guests will enjoy a relaxed lunch and wine tastings in a setting that captures everything the Mornington Peninsula is known for: beautiful landscapes, incredible food, local wine and warm hospitality.
It is a fitting finale to the day and the kind of experience that turns a conference trip into something much more memorable.
